Your data is stored securely. Membership and volunteer application data submitted through forms on our website is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to our email address at hello@joinisai.ie. FormSubmit stores form submissions for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
We retain member data for as long as you remain an active member. If you request deletion of your data, we will action this within 30 days.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with:
- ISAI volunteer leaders (Chapter Co-ordinators, Regional Co-ordinators) solely for the purpose of connecting you with your campus chapter — limited to name and email
- Service providers who help us operate our website and communications (e.g. FormSubmit for form processing) — only as necessary
- Regulatory or legal authorities if required by law

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
