1. About ISAI
ISAI ("the platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by AspireRise Ventures Limited and provides a platform for international students in Ireland covering jobs, accommodation, community, and career support.
By accessing or using our website at joinisai.ie and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accounts and Roles
ISAI supports several account types: student, alumni, volunteer, employer, and accommodation provider. Some accounts (employer, accommodation provider) are reviewed and activated manually before you gain full access. We may reject or deactivate an account at our discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate or where the platform is misused.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including profile details, job/accommodation listings, and any content you post.
3. Use of Our Platform
You may use ISAI for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job, accommodation, or profile listings
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or harm any person
- Misuse community features (forum, polls, referrals, leaderboard) to manipulate points or rankings
4. The ISAI Chatbot
ISAI provides an AI-powered chatbot to answer questions. Responses are generated using a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) and are provided for general guidance only. Chatbot responses are not professional legal, immigration, financial, or career advice, and may occasionally be inaccurate — always verify important information independently.
5. Job Board, Hire-Me Profiles, and Accommodation Listings
ISAI is a platform connecting students, employers, and accommodation providers — we do not employ job applicants, act as a letting agent, or guarantee the outcome of any application, hire, or tenancy. Any agreement reached between users (e.g. employment or accommodation) is between those parties directly; ISAI is not a party to it and accepts no liability for it.
6. Community Content and Reviews
Content you post (forum posts, reviews of employers or accommodation providers, poll responses) must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is defamatory, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
7. Referrals, Leaderboard, and Points
Points and leaderboard rankings are provided for engagement purposes only and carry no monetary value. We may adjust, reset, or remove points at our discretion, including where activity contributing to them is found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
8. Events and the ISAI Summit
By registering for or attending an ISAI event or Summit, you agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who behaves in a way that is disruptive, threatening, or contrary to our values. ISAI is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at events unless caused by our negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
The ISAI name, logo, and platform content (excluding user-submitted content such as listings, reviews, and forum posts) are the property of AspireRise Ventures Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g. Google Sign-In, LinkedIn, OpenAI). We have no control over these third parties and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or accuracy.
11. Disclaimers
ISAI provides information and guidance in good faith. Information on the platform, including chatbot responses, is not professional legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of information on the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISAI and AspireRise Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed €100.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the platform evolves. Continued use of ISAI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and version above.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
