1. About ISAI
Indian Student Association in Ireland CLG ("ISAI", "we", "us", "our") is a Company Limited by Guarantee incorporated in Ireland under the Companies Act 2014. ISAI is a non-profit, volunteer-led organisation dedicated to supporting Indian students across Ireland.
By accessing or using our website at joinisai.ie and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Membership
ISAI membership is currently free for all eligible students and alumni. By registering as a member, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out on our membership page. The Directors of ISAI have absolute discretion to approve or reject any membership application without giving reasons, as set out in our Constitution.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Membership may be terminated in accordance with our Constitution if you cease to meet eligibility criteria or act in a manner contrary to ISAI's values.
4. Volunteer Roles
All ISAI leadership roles (Campus Ambassadors, Chapter Co-ordinators, Regional Co-ordinators) are voluntary positions. By applying for or accepting a volunteer role, you agree to act in accordance with ISAI's values, Constitution, and any guidelines provided during onboarding. ISAI reserves the right to remove any volunteer from their role at any time.
5. Events
ISAI organises events for the benefit of its members and the Indian student community in Ireland. By registering for or attending an ISAI event, you agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. ISAI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who behaves in a way that is disruptive, threatening, or contrary to our values.
ISAI is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at events unless caused by our negligence.
6. Intellectual Property
The ISAI name, logo, and all content on this website (including text, images, and graphics) are the property of Indian Student Association in Ireland CLG unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
